Cancellation of Individual Appointments
Individual appointments can be cancelled or postponed free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to attend or cancellation on the same day will result in the appointment being charged.
Paid contributions
Paid contributions are only valid for the offer booked and are not transferable.

Right of withdrawal
I reserve the right to cancel workshops and seminars up to one week prior to the start date if essential conditions have changed. In such cases, any seminar fees already paid will be refunded immediately. Further claims, especially claims for damages, will not be accepted.

Confidentiality
In all programmes (workshops, seminars) private or business details may be discussed. Each participant undertakes to keep all information confidential. This obligation continues after the event.
